When book publishing baffles me
I was queuing up in Borders today and had to buy the attached book.
I'm astounded how either the publisher or the author can make anymoney out of it. I mean 99p! Alex Kellerman has written countless books, but I still fail to see
how this is a good deal. Please can someone explain?
